I really haven't gotten into any organized activities yet but I like the facility.

I like to swim, and the Beaumont Y has an excellent pool, with six lap lanes. It is brightly lit by windows, and the woman's dressing room has plenty of room, good lockers, and showers. Because I am retired, I can usually have a lane to myself, which is a lovely luxury!

Friendly staff, (2) indoor pools, walking track and exercise equipment.
The lap lane pool is really staying busy with the master swimmers temporarily using pool while their pool is being worked on. I might need to go to a different pool one or two days each week. I really hope they appreciate the use of this pool.

I am getting ready to try beginners Pickleball. I appreciate that you have a beginner's group.

I can go whenever I want to and stay home if needed.

Silver Sneakers Classic, especially when taught by Jeff. He is an excellent teacher and also makes exercise fun.
I appreciate the personal training option as well.

Reasonably priced, relevant with excellent teachers.

Plenty of parking, warm greeting, love my teacher Jenny Hill and the ladies in our community, challenging class, the warm water pool for stretching, clean locker room, easy-access lost & found. Close to Kroger and library.

The friendliness of staff

Variety of programs, dates and times and wonderful instructors.

They are consistent and reliable. One does not have to guess or be confused about the offerings. The Silver Sneakers program leaders are on time and dedicated to a thorough workout. Compliments to their professionalism and enthusiasm.

The fitness/dance classes and instructors

The kind and competent staff at the Beaumont Y. They are always willing to answer questions and help people with sign-ups or web questions.
The personal training staff, for their knowledge and good senses of humor and ability to clearly explain exercises and answer questions about them. Also, the teachers of the classes and the wide variety and scope of the classes offered.
The pickleball players and the number of hours that the Y is open to accommodate the people who play there and who welcome everyone, regardless of their previous exposure to the sport.

It's nice that there are classes for those that have been not exercising regularly.

We like the open swim and lap swim times. It is nice to be able to go at various times.
