I enjoy the classes. Nicole on Monday and Friday is excellent. Love Josettes yoga and Monika K’s barre class.

Large variety of choices for exercise and well-being. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Good instructors and presenters.
Love the riddle every day! It sets a joyful attitude about coming to the Y!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am Silver Sneakers therefore there is much activity for that age group. I really enjoying the walking track. I get to watch all age groups in the gym. I am truly happy this facility is available and in a wonderful location with great parking.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Extremely family oriented well managed, and a very comforting environment! I really enjoy the equipment pool and sauna/steam room and the cleanliness of the facility! It’s generally pretty busy, but sometimes it does get extremely busy but that’s a reflection on how great of a facility it is! George has been there since the opening and I have known him since then! I have belonged there for quite a while and then quit for a little bit and then came back! He is extremely helpful with everything and is a great friend!It
