What do you like about our programs and activities?

I llovrbthe classes especially the water fitness classes. I would like to have Ellen teach Zumba class in the water. I have arthritis and it is difficult for me to do a lot of the classes. I am disappointed that the pools are closed so often.

There are such a large scope of activities. Something for everyone. Whether you are looking for high maintenance or just wanting to be a bit fitter than you are now. Kids are also catered for.

There is a wide variety of activities for various interests. The equipment is well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The center is open long hours to accommodate different schedule needs. I love the fitness classes!
