My technician Dylan Hill was excellent conducting my quarterly service. He explained everything that he was doing and why and then listened to my requests. I had some issues with ants and we walked the property so I could show him my concerns. He was very conscientious and assured me that he would address the issues and to my complete satisfaction when I checked the following day to see if his strategy worked there was zero activity of ants. This company and its associates are fantastic.

Your service has “ALWAYS “ —until this year —-been EXCELLENT! I was fortunate enough to be there last week when your agent arrived. He advised that he had not been in the house for months because he didn’t know where the key was to get in. Why did he not contact you and you contact me so I could tell him again where it is located.? I showed him where it was while he was there. we experienced a lot of mice a squirrel also got in the house and between the mice and the squirrel the eight $250 worth of handmade quilts on our beds. An agent should be able to have enough sense that they need to go in the house and do what they’re being paid to do! I would appreciate your thoughts on my concern. Thank you, Name removed.
