Scott went above and beyond fitting my Airbnb in at the last minute to treat us before the Asian beetles did their fall invasion. This can be tricky to schedule ahead of time because the invasion doesn't usually happen until there is a serious dip in temperature and then a warm up. Missing this window at an Airbnb can be devastating to your ratings. It's a real benefit to have someone treating your property that takes the time for such considerations.
