My technician Dylan Hill was excellent conducting my quarterly service. He explained everything that he was doing and why and then listened to my requests. I had some issues with ants and we walked the property so I could show him my concerns. He was very conscientious and assured me that he would address the issues and to my complete satisfaction when I checked the following day to see if his strategy worked there was zero activity of ants. This company and its associates are fantastic.

Your technician, Josh, does a wonderful job for me and my townhouse neighbors. He is punctual, efficient, and always so pleasant. I had been prepared to find a different company until Josh took over my account. Just the other day my neighbors and I were discussing what a great job he does for us.
We have used Terminix for 5 years and were able to call them if we had even the tiniest issue. Prompt personal service and I love the sweet voices of the people who answer the phone. Cade, our service tech, is an amazing strong family man. We love him!
