Terminex cmployees are well trained. C.J. knows my property and any problems my property may have. He also understands that I must round up my pets and their food bowls etc. I truly appreciate this. Terminex employes have longevity on the job so I don't have to constantly explain things to new people for each visit. This is important to me and tells me that Terminex treats their employees well and has their loyalty. Again, important to me. I have been a client of Terminex longer than any other pest control company because of these things.

I have had you for 30 years and never had a problem with you. You always were there for me and not just for regular service. Your tech are always professional and go above and beyond. Even had one offer to help pump my gas for me when I was having a problem. Just offered did not have to ask him. Would recomend in a heart beat.
Our Terminix Technician showed up to our home before tie for service to introduce himself and explain what he was at our home to do. He treated the inside then went outside and told us wha he had seen around the house on the inside and outside....then asked if we had any questions or anything else we needed. Very professional.
