I have always been happy with Terminix. If I have a problem, they are there to help. Everyone is always personable, kind, respectful and professional. We no longer have an ant problem. We also had the termite traps installed to make sure the foundation was secure and that service was reasonable. They also found a problem under the house with the duct work that we didn't know existed that might have been disastrous later on.

Office Manager, Brent Beatson, has built a team that mirrors his characteristics of customer concern, satisfaction, integrity and the delivery of the best quality products. As a homeowner, I stopped to check on my account. Lisa Weiland was the Exceptional Customer Service Specialist spoke with and she was assisted by Alyssa Anstey another Outstanding Customer Service Specialist. I have been in the office when all Customer Service Specialists including Charlotte Farrell and Micha Torres were engaged with clients. They all display outstanding client support skills.
Ahmad Morrison, Technician, has always provided exceptional on-site service. He always coordinates visits in advance to ensure my availability, if appropriate, and to let me know will come on a certain date and time. During his coordination call, explains what he will do on-site. If I am present, explains products and techniques that will be used and provides a summary when completed. One of the finest technicians I have met with years of support from Terminix. Also, Ahmad is a skilled and effective communicator.
