Your techs are awesome, especially the one we have now, John. He's always on top of things, super friendly, kind, thoughtful, all the things. I love that he reaches out to remind me of needed service. The only thing I was super disappointed in is your costs to existing customer for carpenter bee removal. It's super expensive, at the very top of the range for the area.
