The employee always asks about any issues that we have with insects so he can spray them. If we are really inundated with ants, etc, he uses a stronger chemical to kill them. He is always very pleasant and friendly with us. I personally think he does a great job.
PROBABLE HIDDEN DAMAGE ON A TERMITE REPORT
Every single year this is on the report and is not the proper way to handle an inspection. Either there is damage or there is not. It seems since you all have been covering our home for over 18 years that you could give us a clear termite letter. You wonder what the termite bond is for........
Besides that, I like my quarterly service for pests and the ground system for termites. Your staff is amazing!
Terminix provides wonderful communication regarding service due dates and of course when invoices are due.

The gentleman who performed my inspection was SO KIND. He came over while I was in a meeting and patiently waited a few minutes which allowed me time to get to the door.
