Will is so thorough when he both does our quarterly treatment and our termite inspection. He doesn’t rush but attentively performs each part of treatment and inspection. He is polite, professional and timely.

Service has always been consistent and on time. I have never had an issue so I cannot speak to the claims process, however the preventive maintenance and inspections has always been without issue. Never having a bug issue is a good thing and goes to the preventive maintenance/inspection as action in work. The Terminix staff and field team members have always been pleasant to talk too, so based on my experiences I would recommend. My service from Terminix is for my annual Termite Bond continuation seven years running.
