We have had quite a number of Terminix reps perform pest control service. I count nine over the past seven and a half years. Fortunately Jacob Suber has now been on it for about two years, the longest tenure of all............thankfully. He has been courteous, professional and provides knowledgeable answers to our questions. He also shows up promptly at the appointment times. We are very pleased obviously to have a trusted professional who knows our pest control situation and returns every quarter.

Terminix arrives at the time they say they will arrive. Not very early and certainly not late. They are knowledgeable about what we need and quickly get it done. We are in the middle of two large projects and we didn’t even know they were working. At the end, they came to us to make sure everything was taken care of and let us know if there were any problems. We should call them back. Truly friendly and professional. You guys are rock!
