Your technician has been successfully servicing my home for +5 years. He always shows up on time, explains the service he will be performing during his visit, and he always puts sterile booties on his shoes so as to not track outdoor debris into my home. He carefully inspects my large garage and leaves many sticky traps throughout the garage.
FYI: During his last visit your electronic payment tablet did not work. I had to write a check which saved me your 2.95% processing fee. I paid $95.00 vs. $97.80. Why do charge a credit card processing fee when these fees are TERMINET's cost of doing business. Credit Card payments are quicker and require less back-office labor to process than depositing checks.
Please eliminate your Credit Card fee structure.
