Austinn is prompt, thorough. Terminex does not harawss me to schedule my service but does remind me when it's time. On the rare occasion that I have issues between services, Terminex responds quickly.

I would like to see more contact about the placement of the Terminix bait stations. Removal of redundant bait stations and feedback on the results of the inspection.
Your guys are very professional, polite, respectful and they know what they are doing. They know their pests and how to treat for them. They don't leave you sitting around waiting on them all day. They come when they say they are coming. That's rare!

The service man "Clarence"was extremely thorough and informative. My concern was the perimeter of my garage and he also suggested to go up into the Attic. I am extremely happy with the service. My last company never went into the garage. I hope every time they come out they use him. I hope he puts all that time in when he comes out throughout the year.
