The agent was very courteous and thorough. He went under our house to check for termites. He sprayed for pests after we signed a contract. He was a very good representative for your company, educated about the products you sell and we felt in good hands.

However, I have never had someone show up for an appointment that I never scheduled, and that happened this week. I was unable to get the inside of my home serviced, so I was very disappointed. I always get an email telling me it’s time to schedule my service and to call. This month I had not received that email. I do not like someone showing up enexpectedly. I was very unhappy.
