I'm glad we got a new terminix employee. We were ready to switch companies because the person coming to our house had become extremely slack with their job and not fulfilling the duty. The new employee is what we were used to having the work done. We will never let it go that long again with employee not doing their job at our house again.

Agent showed up on time and did a good job in checking all termite traps, while replacing those that needed replacing. In addition, the termite house inspection was thorough throughout inside and outside as well. I highly recommend Terminex for termite service!

We had a worker going around our entire house looking at the structure early last week. He commented that this was the only house he had been around this fall where he did not see any spiders. Most houses have had "big" spiders he said. Jacob is doing an excellent job in taking care of our home He is extremely pleasant to work with and is always prompt in his service.
