Friendly and quick service
Terminix has been in our life for 40+ years. We have at least 5 different services with them. The one thing I like about this company is if I call them, they come, but the best thing are the technicians who come to do the services like pest control, fire ants, under house enclosure are trained, reliable, and kind. When we started with Terminix we were a young couple with 3 girls and now I am a senior citizen and will ALWAYS trust Terminix as my people to protect my home. Thank you, Terminix, technicians, staff, and all the Knoxs. You are a fine company.

I have always been pleased with the service Brent provides. He is receptive to my needs, in terms of responding to particular issues with crawling creatures, which I have had from time to time. He communicates well, and listens when I might mention a particular problem. I hope that all Terminix's service personnel are as attentive as Brent.

Our service technician Joshua is timely and knows how to handle any problems that may arise. However, with his vigilance, there have not been too many problems that have needed extra attention.
