The service is thorough and the tech, Hunter, was very professional, asking where there were areas on cercern and then dealing with them. He took out several wasps nests, for example, we had been worried about, and carefully sprayed areas like windows and doorways where pests were getting in. Very thorough and courteous. Our thanks!

You do what you say. In 2023, I had termite damage. You came out & treated the affected areas & got rid of the termites. Since then you've come back each year to make sure there are no active colonies. You've also pointed out some possible future problem ares, but didn't pressure me to use your service.

Arrived on time, technician had been at the house before and went right to work. He finished quickly with the under house inspection, noting no more than 14 percent moisture in the floor joists all the way around the basement. Bait traps outside are not due for another 2 months, but he verified the location of all of them and I used paint on the sidewalk and brick walls to aid in future location efforts (makes finding them quicker and he can complete the inspection and move on to the next customer sooner).

Mark is always, prompt, pleasant, thorough and that's why I've used Terminix since I purchased this home in 2015. I've never had any pest issues and Mark has serviced my property since I purchased it via the consideration of Terminix. I wouldn't think about using another company, though several have tried. I don't even listen to the pitch, LOL. Thank you Terminix!!!
