Bennie is friendly and does a good job. When we have had problems between visits he has been prompt in taking care of the problem.
Service men remove shoes, cover their feet with covering before entering homes. Very courteous.
Stephen is professional, efficient & polite; he arrives at the arranged time, always asks if I've had problems or seen signs of any bugs etc. I rarely do but when ATT dug up the front yard ants moved in - so he has treated our property to prevent an infestation.

The office staff was informative and knowledgeable. They got us an appointment as a new customer very quickly and addressed our concerns. Frank our technician was AWSOME!!! Frank answered all of our questions and put our minds to rest as to what pests we were dealing with. Everyone we encountered at Sea Island Terminix went above and beyond. I think they all deserve a bonus/raise.
