Recently purchased a Trek bike and I love it. I haven’t rode since I was a child so I was a little cautious about getting on the bike. The salesperson (Brian) noticed it and he walked me through the mechanics of the bike as well as some important tips. Great customer service.

Friendly and informative. Brought my bike in to get a flat tire fixed. The worker noticed that my tire liner needed to be replaced; that's a very good catch (just had the flat fixed a couple weeks earlier somewhere else and it wasn't noticed). It was also explained to me that my tire pressure (in the other tire) was measurably lower than its ideal pressure. This increases the risk of having problems. Thank you for the advice.
