I absolutely loved how I was greeted and asked how I could be assisted upon my entrance into the main area. Once it was determined that I desired service, a couple of questions were asked, and my bike was whisked away.

The next morning, I was informed the status of my bike (excellent condition - say what??) and only a minor brake adjustment was needed. A few hours and less than $40 later, my bike and I were on our way home.

I have been a customer of Burlington County Bike's since I was a teenager. Now my teenage children are customers there. There quality is second to none. I bought my bike from there in the 1990's and ride it daily still. I take it there every year for a tune up and never have had a problem. Never buy a bike from a big chain store , you will only dump more money into it than it is worth. Instead , invest a little bit more into your bike and get a life-long quality bike. - Name removed

They had everything we where looking for and more. Had tons of bikes and the owner was amazing knowledgeable courteous And grateful Can’t say enough good things about the store. Drove past 3 bike shops to get there and I will not shop anywhere but Burlington county bikes!

Let me begin by saying Thank you to Jimmy and Brian who really went above and beyond to take care of my 2017 Trek Remedy.
There were several issues that needed attention and they were all taken care of one by one. I did have a brake issue that required a little more attention but was definitely corrected. You can really tell that Jimmy and Brian love being around bikes and love making their customers happy. No scenario is ever easy or perfect but these gentlemen both made sure to get everything right. I would definitely recommend Burlington Bikes! Thank you again!

Well stocked shop. Conveniently located. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Dennis spent over an hour with me helping me adjust my newly purchased bike as well as educating me on techniques and accessories. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with the service we received. Due to Covid there was a delay, although the shop was super patient with my 10yr old son who called daily to check on the status of his bike. 😊 He couldn’t be happier with his So Cal Flyer!!

Jimmy fixed my bike and it rides better than when I bought it new twenty five years ago! I hit a pot hole then hit the curb than I hit a mailbox. I bent up a lot of parts. Jimmy was able to fix it. The price was very fair plus I didn't feel like ordering a New Trek and waiting til December for it to arrive. I have already recommended two neighbors that bought their bikes from Burlington bike shop. keep up the good work!
