Although they were very busy and didn’t always answer the phone, they had great customer service and bike was assembled on the spot. Brian was very knowledgeable and superb customer service!

Professional and friendly service. Technicians do repairs correctly, go into the parking lot and observe, listen, answer questions and ride the bikes themselves to analyze issue and then take bike into the repair shop and resolve the issue. Honorable mention to Jeremy and the repair tech, whose name I forget, sorry man. He does an excellent job. I have bought two nice bikes there within the last 2 months and have told any body who will listen where to buy their bike.. The type of service I have received there is actually very unusual, in a good way. It is a fun place to spend money!
