I brought my bike in for a tune up, they looked at it, quoted a price and said it would be ready in a week. It was ready and I received a txt msg. The reps were very friendly and welcoming, and professional.

I rode my bike the next day (20 miles) and it felt great. I'll definitely take my bike back.
