I was very appreciative of the honesty regarding how long it would take to get our 2 bikes serviced. It took about three weeks, but I was told up front so I was grateful!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I walked in, spoke to Jimmy who said he could do my repairs (new tires) while I waited for 15 minutes or so. A very good experience. Also left my wallet at the counter and discovered that when I was nearly home. They held it for me until I could get there. So thankful!
