My name is Ronnie and I drove up 2 and a half hours to your shop from Long Island to pick up an SE bike that I ordered about six months ago for my 13 year old son. I was so happy with the way you guys handled the whole situation during COVID-19, the way you communicated but more importantly the positive upbeat approach you had to everything. Other bike shops were so angry and horrible to deal with where I live. They price gushed and made promises they could not honor. You made us pay for a bike up front and promised to give us a bike and that’s what you did. My son was so happy finally to get this bike and was willing to wait for it you guys are totally awesome. Great shop who truly cares about the dreams of children and what really BMX is about. I will drive up again for our next SE if it I have too. I heard the staff worked weeks putting hundreds of bikes together late into the night for the kids who have been waiting. Great stuff. Great shop.

nice polite you had a few people in shop I was only a bent wheel broken spoke but the guys took care of it , and rides great again

I have been bringing my bike in for repairs and yearly maintenance for several years. They are very friendly and accommodating. My last visit they were able to take my bike in and fix it while I waited and allowed my dog to be with me rather than him wait in my car.

I grew up in bike shops from this general area. I’ve built relationships with just about all of them over the years. Burlington bicycles is new in the big picture timeline but I welcome them to the area with open arms. my first few experiences in the shop are simple, atmosphere and service are above and beyond the average bike store. Knowledge and professionalism does go a long way in my book. Stories will be shared and business recommend. Reach for the stars guys!
