Very friendly staff that's very knowledgeable and patient. They listen ask questions and then make the recommendation if they feel they have a good fit for your needs. No pressure sales, plus they have a great repair service to assist with the products they sell. After visiting 5 other bike shops in the area, this is my final go to place. Don't waste your time driving around, go to here first and save yourself a lot of time and trouble.

The like that the staff are super friendly, attentive & seem to be very knowledgeable about the products and business. Additionally, while they constantly have people coming in the store, they always take time to answer EVERY question that I have no matter how minor. I have also witnessed how they respectfully interact with young tender-aged children & teens - I absolutely LOVE this.
