Burlington County Bike Shop took my old Miami Sun bike and turned it into a rideable bike.

The entire experience was truly wonderful. I was anxious about going into a bike shop and getting a hard sell on a bike that was out of my budget. I realized that was NOT going to happen in the first few minutes of speaking with Dennis. He listened to me, got to understand my needs (and budget) and when I ultimately ordered the Trek Verve 2 Disc I felt really good about my decision. Dennis was also helpful about the bike rack I would need for my car, in not only helping me select the right one for my make/model, but to the point of actually showing me how to place it on the trunk of my car. This is the kind of service level that so many retailers are missing; the personal touch. On the day I arrived to pick up my bike, everyone there was so helpful and nice - I got the pump, the accessories put on the bike, and felt like I was joining a community, instead of just being a transaction on the sales register. I even sent an email to John Burke at Trek lauding Burlington County Bikes and the amazing experience I had there!
