Talking with these guys I’ve been into all sorts of different cycling over 40 years and I can tell you they know bikes both new and old. Had nothing but good experiences with Burlington Bikes. I recommend either sales or service you’ll be satisfied. Also get online with them at Instagram for the latest cycling events and hot bikes coming in.
Super helpful! Knowledgeable! I ride a lot! I called about tires for my 26” dirt jumper in the morning! Probably the first call you got and the person laughed with me and seemed to understand and want to help , which he did! I said I was driving down as soon as I got out of work and when I arrived at 6 o’clock I was pleasantly surprised when he said he had set the tires aside for me when he got off the phone that morning! Super job people! Keep up the good work! Old BMX racers like me would much rather spend money at a shop we love and support rather than online it?

Always get the bike repaired without any hassle. Usually, greeted at the door asking how can we help you? No rediculous wait time for service and everyone will ask if you're being helped as they pass you. Bike is always repaired the correct way on the first visit. I will only visit this bike shop moving forward. Thank you Burlington Bike shop for keeping our bike in top shape!

Very helpful the only complaint is they didn’t read the notes. And we requested the box to be saved. And after waiting 10 months for the bike to come in. It was a little disappoint and the I paid 35 dollars for a sign to make up for the box not being saved. But they were helpful putting on the new part we bought when we picked up the box.
