Process went reasonably quickly. Sales and finance people were very very helpful and handled my 84 yr old father in a manner that made him feel at ease and valued as a buyer/decision-maker. Facility and overall environment is very comfortable and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a new Cadillac - definitely worth the short drive for the positive experience!

Hunter Carroll took really good of me helping me find the right suv to purchase along with Brandon Stockton, Chris Franklin , & Bryon Sorrell & Jason Alexander. I had a issue after purchase with the airbag light they hooked me up with the body shop & Eddie & Heather was there to help me see thru getting what I needed in a short period of time because I had a rental they all were kind & caring happy to get the care I needed so I could still go daily while my suv was being worked on in a timely manner . I’m glad I choose them they have all taken good care of my SUV needs glad I chose this dealership ! Thank you !
