He communicated effectively and efficiently, he was thorough in answering my questions, and if he didn’t know something, he asked for assistance while I was present. That kind of humility and personableness made my experience all the more rewarding as I felt like I got honest service, and in the end I got a great vehicle at the price I was looking for.
Car shopping can be quite intimidating, and at times, frustrating, but I don’t have anything but positives to reflect on with this experience. Nik was great, J.D. from finance was super pleasant to work with, and Mr. Jason Alexander from the service department is a truly good dude. One suggestion. When buying cars from Quebec, Canada please made sure the instruments are in Fahrenhite not celcius. I just bought a Camry that is this way. :-)

The lady that waited on us was very polite and understanding. It wasn’t my car but the guy that wanted his oil changed ,tire rotation and a complete check up on everything. I’m his caregiver and he loves his cars Cadillacs .The lady told him he had an oil leak and the price to repair it.And then he was told his lights over his license plate was out.and they could replace the bulbs.He said ok He told them he would bring car back another day to get the leek fixed. Then she said it won’t take but a few minutes to replace the bolts he said OK go ahead then he waited and waited and waited then the baby came back to him and told him that the mechanics bangers was too fat to replace the bulbs and I did get one in and was not going to charge him for a boat so he was tired of waiting a baby bell and we laughed then we called your garage and he made an appointment for Wednesday to replace the bulbs so I drove the car today to get the bulbs replaced and come to find out who ever pulled with the car to start with like there was no bulbs in there and the bulbs had burnt whatever it is and we had to re-order some more and make an appointment maybe for next week to replace everything completely Mr. Last name removed is a blind man and I think they took advantage of him because he can’t say but I can’t and I’m not gonna lie to him about nothing but someone lied to him and that’s not right and I want him to keep coming to you guys for all the changes and buying tires instead of going to Bowling Green because I trusted you but whoever lied to him that start with I’d like to meet him face-to-face thank you
