I enjoy the atmosphere and Vibe. I recently came in need of a new stylist. Needing a quick trim, while I find my fit. I knew I could run in and trust one of James’s stylists, no matter what level.
I enjoyed nice conversation with Brittany, a level one was great. I need a bit more guidance from my stylist for my trim and could have used a little more off the ends since my hair is super fine. All in all a pleasure, I will likely arrange appointments for my 2 daughters with her soon. I will also contact salon for recommendation of a higher level stylist for doing my color.

First of all I will only go to Aveda salon/spas! I love that they promote natural products. James salon smells amazing just walking in. They always offer a beverage and make sure you are comfortable. My hair stylist, Crystal, was exceptional as well! She was friendly and did a great cut. I could tell she was very experienced. She was down to earth and easy to visit with. She took extra time to show me hair products after the visit and was knowledgeable on what would work best for me.
They retain stylists therefore you are able to keep seeing someone who knows how to work with your hair.
