It was my first time at James Salon, and I can only say how sorry I am it took so long! Alex was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my time. This is the absolute best hair cut I've ever received! I usually have a day or two of regret after a cut, but Alex did such an amazing job that I LOVE my new hair. Love love love! She definitely made a new full time client. I kind of can't wait to go back.
