I went to James salon for the first time a couple Saturdays ago. I was a little nervous because it was my first time trying a new stylist in a while. When I arrived everyone made me feel welcomed. I worked with Alex, she is an expert in balayage. Alex was amazing! She made me feel confident in the work she does and worked with me in identifying a cut and color. Alex was so friendly and easy to get to know. I will be returning to Alex and James salon. I finally feel like I found my place for hair again.

I like the professionalism found at the salon. Also, I believe that the stylists are very competent (not necessarily the case in many salons.). I also think that James is a very talented stylists who does a wonderful job cutting and styling my curly, thick hair. It took me a long time to find him, and I wouldn’t change stylists for the world!

My stylist, Ciara Ruby, was amazing! She was friendly and I felt like she really listened to me. Grey hair is not always easy to work with but my color and cut turned out amazing and I have received so many complements. I can’t wait to see her again!
