I rate it a 3 I was really disappointed to look at the work the hair styles did with my color and bleaching she didn’t hit the roots on my hair missed the end of my hair as well and ended up. Then the color I wanted didn’t match the inspiration picture I felt like she was doing what she wanted for me to end up paying 260 for everything. I only enjoyed the hair cut.

Had an appointment yesterday, which may have been the worst salon session I have ever had. The stylist made me very uncomfortable, and the whole experience was a terrible representation of the brand. Low quality work, poor customer service. I hope the numerous problems are isolated to the one stylist, and not a sign of a downward spiral for the salon itself.
