The professionalism. Everyone at James are friendly and helpful. Katie found the perfect style for me, an older patron, and I get compliments all of the time. It took me years to go there actually thinking it was beyond what I wanted to pay and I am so thankful I sent my daughter there when she was in town and she happened to have Katie as her hairdresser and told me to try her and that is when it all began over 5 years ago. Now I am moving out of state and wish I could take her with me. Thank you so much everyone at James!

Really love this hair salon and the environment! From booking my appointment to the actual appointment time, everyone is always so kind and understanding. I am usually able to get an appointment pretty quickly and really love that I can book with my favorite stylist. The front desk receptionist is really kind and even complimented me on my hair afterwards, which is always a nice feeling. I highly recommend this salon!
Shania listened very carefully to what I wanted and then she delivered the exact haircut that I asked for. She was friendly and funny, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time in her chair.

Attention to detail.
When I had my very first appointment with James Salon, my stylist was sick, and I didn’t see that I had a phone call from management that morning to reschedule! I showed up thinking my appointment was still on and instead of sending me away, they allowed me to stay and get my hair done from a different stylist! I felt like I was the one that messed up, and was perfectly fine rescheduling for another day! But, the front desk staff immediately began thinking of ways to find solutions, they were exceptionally kind and professional! The stylist who ended up doing my hair was wonderful and did a fabulous job!
