We were very low on propane, and I called and they had a very nice service tech come out on a Saturday, late and got us in shape until a delivery truck filed our tank. No fault of EP we just had a change in usage and we experienced this issue. We have been with the company for many years and have always had great service.

Same day service for a test and fill due to the fact that we were told that we owned the tank, to find out that we did not. We use the propane for cooking and have two small children, eastern propane made it happen!
Office personnel have always been helpful and very courteous whenever I called about my questions.
Every time I call with a question, a live person answers the phone and is courteous when providing answers. The entire staff, from office personal to the drivers and technicians have always been helpful in answering questions and educating both myself and my husband. Rates are competitive, even if they are expensive--that's propane in general.

I was happy to get a delivery of propane for the upcoming season with the protected price agreement. The price per gallon was reasonable right now because no one knows where they are heading. The local office in Reading is easy to deal with when I call for service or inquiring about the time for the next delivery when I am starting to run low. I tend to get nervous when my tanks are approaching 30%. Jennifer in the Reading office of Eastern Propane is always very helpful. I really like dealing with her.

Hi my name is Blair Beard, I'm a new customer. The contact personnel, inspection person and delivery person were all very personable and professional. When my propane was pumped I asked the delivery driver (once handed the bill) should I mail in a check or will I be bill on my credit card since I was asked for card information when I became a new customer. He said he thought I should pay by check but it would be wise to call the office and confirm.
I called the office and was told to send a check, which I did immediately that day. Since then my wife asked what the credit card charge from Superior Plus was - We have now paid double for our very first delivery.
