Eastern Propane has been very responsive to any request that we have made over the years. Their employees have been very professional and courteous when over furnace needs cleaning or repair. Their drivers, too, are friendly and courteous.
We appreciated your quick response to our need for propane when we ran out. The gentleman stayed to make sure our gas log stove was up and running again before he went on his way.
Never had a problem until the take over/merge in 2020. Then I didn't get prebuy information and never got a call back when I left messages about it. Finally got hold of someone and was told it was too late for the prebuy. They put a monitor on the tank the same day I got a letter asking if it was okay and saying I should let them know--wasn't sure what I thought of that. When I called saying we ran out of propane, I was ready to have them deliver enough propane to cover what was left from last year's prebuy and go to a new company. But I talked with Jennifer who actually sounded concerned and immediately said no propane was no good and the monitor mustn't be working. Gave me a decent price to fill in an hour and a lock in price for the rest of the season that she said was $.50 less than the prebuy. When the driver arrived to fill the tank, my husband was able to talk with him about the propane stove we were installing and since he was the safety coordinator, he made sure everything we did was correct and there were no leaks. After telling us running out of propane was unacceptable and we would get the propane for cost, he filled our tank, fixed (as far as I can tell) the monitor and made sure the furnace and water heater were up and running. I may have been upset when I called that morning in a cold house because we ran out of propane, but I was satisfied with the way things were handled and will continue to use Eastern Propane.--First name removed

Good price on propane (we buy in bulk yearly) and your company does a good job of keeping our tank filled as needed so that we do not run out. Also, we appreciate that you also do repairs to heating and air conditioning units as well as installation of same.

Very easy to deal with! The automatic delivery is very convenient! I wish the price of propane would be a little cheaper compared to other companies though! My fried said he was getting his for a little over $1.10 ppg mine was $1.60
