I really like the new customer portal/website. You can see tank percentage, pay your bill easily (and have 30 days to pay it), and see the approximate date of the next delivery. I just wish that you would not let my tanks get so low before there is a delivery. Perhaps I worry too much. I really like the service technicians who are polite, friendly, and helpful. The ladies answering the phone in the office are great too.

We are on the budget plan and we never have to worry about running out of oil. You deliver automatically and that is just peace of mind. Our oil nozzle and filter are very clean when we replace it yearly so that means that your products are high quality fuel.
Automatic refill
We might've accidentally forgotten to call for a refill but we were pleasantly surprised to get the refill automatically. We feel well taken care of and confident we won't run out of propane if we need to use our cast iron gas log stove in an emergency situation. Everyone that I've spoken with has been extremely cordial.
