Your delivery technician was really friendly, and helpful. And he even took off his shoes when he came in the house to check out our gas fireplace, after he delivered a full tank of propane (our tank was empty). I was having trouble getting our fireplace gas logs to restart and he helped me troubleshoot it. Thanks!
time to pay bill! most companies allow 16 days to pay bill. My mail forwarding service takes at least 2 weeks to receive bills which is late for some! Hopefully you get mine on time !

We have two dogs that can let themselves out of the house to a fenced in area. Customer service reached out to me to let me know they were coming to deliver the propane ahead of time so we could keep the dogs in the house. They are two Goldens so attacking the delivery driver was not the concern. Our concern is the dogs getting out of the fenced in area while the driver was accessing that area. I appreciated the company taking the time to make the call. Refreshing to see people actually taking that extra step.

LIKE EVERTHING BUT SOMETMES WE HAVE TO CALL FOR A DELIVERY. WE HAVE DEEB WITH YOU FOR YEARS AND OUR DELIVERY WOULD USUALLY COME WITHOUT US HAVING TO CALL BECAUSE WE WERE LOW.
