What I like most about Dogtopia is how the staff interacts with the dogs. They adore all of them. That is supported by the fact that my Lizzie is always so excited to see them (and the other dogs). I also like that they give the dogs a mandatory break because otherwise mine would be going to 11 all day.

I love the fruits, pup cups, treats you offer for donations!!

The people are wonderful. My German Shepherd Dove is a nervous dog but the coaches at Dogtopia are so patient and sweet with her.

The staff at Dogtopia Cary is just great! Our dog can be a difficult, but they are so good with him. We use them for weekly daycare and also boarding. When we were away, they kept us posted regularly on how he was doing. When they had a peanut butter day, our dog didn't want it and they told us that and didn't charge us. So honest!

Dallas has been there 3 days for doggie daycare. Everyone is so kind and reassuring. He had an incident with another dog and they called me immediately, explaining what happened. They cleaned him up & even checked in the next day to see how he was doing. They are prompt in addressing our needs & making us and Dallas feel welcomed. We are loving our experience so far!

The staff is extremely friendly and know all of the dogs by name. The facility is clean and my dog is always is excited to go there. I never worry at all while he is there and highly recommend Dogtopia for daycare or boarding.

Dogtopia at Harrison Ave. in Cary has taken care of our dog since we've had him. The owners are on hand to answer any questions you may have. They genuinely care about their customers - both human and canine. I would recommend them to anyone who asks where my dog goes to daycare or for boarding.

That you actually deal with the dogs if they have bad behavior. A little kennel time is great when. Being aggressive or not responding. I like all the staff wish that the people in the rooms would interact with the dogs more thoug.

My dog loves dogtopia! The staff is phenomenal with my high energy pup and he loves socializing in their playroom. They are super reliable for boarding and I love that they offer a suite style room for my dog to sleep. I’ve utilized their spa services (bath, nail trim) and have been super pleased. They also occasionally send me pictures of my dog while I’m on vacation and text/call me with any updates/concerns. Very thankful for their service and I love seeing how excited my dog gets when we arrive! 10/10 service and people.

You guys have been great! When Russell last boarded with you, he had a bit of a rough day. Not only did you handle it super well by giving him some quiet time to relax, but I was kept in the loop the whole time. Russell loves coming there and it's great to have a place I trust for both daycare and boarding.

All of the staff is friendly and professional. I love being able to check in on my pup through the webcam. She always looks likes she’s having fun! The facility is super clean. They all seem to really care about the dogs. I feel good knowing my pup is in such good hands.

My furry child had his first visit and LOVED it! Everyone was very nice, helpful and was patient as I asked a ton of questions.
I was a bit insulted by my furry child as he wasn’t exactly happy I was back to pick him up & wanted to say and play w/friends 🤣.
With the uptick of Canine influenza, I was glad to see they do require the vaccination. It shows (to me) they’re doing their part to keep the dogs safe.

Y’all are adorable. But seriously- it’s really clear you care deeply about the dogs you watch over, and it makes me feel safe leaving my buddy with you. Which is hard to accomplish!

Everyone at the facility obviously loves dogs, which is most important to me. Second most important thing is my dog LOVES to go to Dogtopia. I only take her a couple of days a week, so on the other days, she sits with her weight on the door and won’t budge. My husband has to pick her up and take her back to the living room for me to go to work. She also has a complete body wag when going in.

The staff is incredibly friendly and knows every dog by name. I never worry for even a second while my dog is there. If there is any problem during the day, the staff will communicate with you with a text. I have a very energetic puppy and I am so thankful that a friend recommended Dogtopia to me.

Inma, Dan, and Ryan and the rest of the staff have been just great with our dog, Shea. He has been going to Dogtopia since he was a puppy during COVID and they have been just great with him. It's the only place we will board him when we are away.
