When I first came to Dogtopia of Harrison Avenue I had just adopted my puppies and I was afraid that I would have to start going into the office as COVID became manageable. I was looking for a place that opened early and would take intact dogs as my pups were not old enough for their surgeries.

That first meet and greet was like taking a kindergartner to school for the first time. Being able to watch them on the webcam helped alleviate some of my worries.

It’s been 4 years now and they love going to daycare and the special events. The coaches are great and I know that they are being well cared for.

Our dog seems to like it there, it looks clean and the staff seems caring and knowledgeable and read to provide for spe if needs of each oet.

The coaches at Dogtopia have been so patient and gentle with my high strung German Shepherd Rescue dog. I am only discontinuing daycare because I recently lost my job.

Very efficient. Mistakes are rare. Friendly. Can tell you all really care about the dogs.

We absolutely love the owners, staff, facilities, and overall protocol at Dogtopia of Harrison Ave! I'm always amazed by how meticulously clean and safe they keep the rooms and common areas--and in fact, this location has been awarded related certifications for these efforts.

The facility strictly adheres to vaccination standards and staff swap the water bowls even more regularly than what is commonly recommended. The products used are safe for the doggos when they are out, and then a deep clean is done once the dogs are off the floors. The facility also has sophisticated air filtering in-place for the humans and the dogs.

The coaches are specifically trained to work with the large groups of dogs and the puppies just love them. The owners and front desk staff are friendly, easy to work with, and very organized.

My dog does daycare, boarding, and occasional spa services and always has a great time with his pup and people friends there!

Courtney was amazing with my Charlie. He is a highly anxious dog that needs to be sedated to be groomed. She was patient and kind and even more importantly he looks great

Courtney was an excellent groomer. Our pup Archie was relaxed and comfortable during his groom. He looked like a dapper little gentleman afterwards!

Attention to the care of animals and the staff is outstanding. Everyone really seems like they want to be there and that this is more than just a job for them.

The staff is great and I like the camera access, it provides peace of mind. Only took off one star because of the time in the middle of the day when you can’t pick up and not being able to pick up from boarding on Sunday.

This is the most amazing pet daycare I have ever used. The detailed tour and explanation of the facility, qualifications of the staff, routine for my pup throughout the day, and personal care for his well-being - is just phenomenal. I cannot say enough positive comments about the staff and facility at Dogtopia. It's super clean and our fur kids are carefully monitored for their entire stay. Although it's a little out of my way to get to - totally worth the drive. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

I can't recommend Dogtopia of Harrison Ave in Cary enough! Since I started bringing my Lab, Molly, in early 2021, I’ve been consistently impressed by the exceptional service and care they provide. Despite living 20 miles away, I choose to drive the distance because the quality of service is absolutely worth it.
