I absolutely adore Dogtopia! I'm constantly impressed by the owners and staff--everything is run extremely efficiently and professionally. The facility abides by the strongest cleaning standards you could ever expect, and they even go above and beyond recommendations by the CDC. The coaches are experts at what they do and truly love the pups that come to play. I always feel like my dog is in safe hands when he is there for daycare and boarding. I love the webcam, and the app and online interface are both excellent. Thank you all!

Lizzie loves it at Dogtopia. I have taken her to other dog daycares, and she tends to be a bit nervous when first getting there - but never at Dogtopia. She bursts out of the car and drags me into the lobby. She's always excited to see the staff, and loves playing with the other dogs.

Friendly, convenient, clean

We were very impressed with this Dogtopia. It was clean, organized, and all staff were great.
The owner, Dan, gave us a tour and spent about 30 minutes with us making us fell very comfortable about leaving our puppy in day care which we did for several days. We also had our pup groomed at Dogtopia and the groomer was able to work on our pup with no problem because she was able to reassure Muffin by playing with her for a few minutes before the grooming started.

The staff at Dogtopia are friendly and thoughtful. The facility is kept very clean. If there are any issues, concerns, or questions, the staff is great about reaching out and sending reminders. I always feel like my doggie is in good hands when she’s being boarded or at daycare.

Best coaches and staff ever! They know my dog and me as soon as we walk into the door. They treat my pup like they would their own, the facility is super nice and clean, and my dog has a ball, it’s tough to get him to leave! Also, the grooming service in house is amazing and their new groomer is so talented. We will be lifetime customers!

Dogtopia is the best! My Pippa runs to the door so excited to play and see her friends every time! The staff is so friendly and I know my puppy is well taken care of when she is in their care!

Love that my dog gets to play with others unleashed. I also like that they have down time to rest and recover. I only wish they were able to play outside also.

The staff are really friendly to me, and clearly care about the dogs. My first time there, my dog was hesitant to go inside and a staff member came out with treats and was super friendly and encouraging.

I also really like the little events and treat days you all have. I do feel a bit like they're kinda expensive (i think its like $5 for a piece of bacon or something? lol) but I don't mind spoiling my dog, and giving a bit more moneyt o dogtopia (and I think the associated charity?)

The staff is extremely communicative and always responds quickly to messages/requests, as well as communicates any issues with my dog. I love the webcam feature, so that I can check in throughout the day. I also enjoy the activities the staff does; it keeps the owners feeling involved and gives us fun pictures to share. Anytime I've had scheduling issues or a health issue that had to keep our dog out, Dogtopia was understanding and has kept up with any skipped weeks with no issues in payments.

All in all, they make the process simple and stress free. I can keep an eye on my dog and know she's getting a much better day than being at home alone. The staff really cares and customer service is great!

Friendly team, convenient drop off and pick up

I like that you provide daycare, boarding and spa services; so I only have to take my pup to one place for those services. I also love how much all the staff obviously love all the dogs and how excited my dog is to arrive on the mornings I take her.

The coaches are so sweet and patient. They understand the individual needs and personalities of each dog. That means a lot to me. My dog is a bit introverted but still enjoys her days at dogtopia and I know the coaches are careful to give her attention the same as they do the gregarious dogs.
