Everyone is warm, friendly, and welcoming. They treat my beloved dog like he’s their own- I couldn’t ask for a better doggie daycare.

Dogtopia Harrison Ave has gone out of their way to make sure Valentine's experience is the best. I can tell the trainers really care about the animals, because she enthusiastically runs in every day that she goes. I've even noticed increases in her energy outside of Dogtopia, which shows she's playing and socializing while she's there.

I've been very happy with the human end of service - everyone is polite and responsive. We are big fans!

We found this location very last minute for boarding and they did everything to make it easy for us! Our boy was comfortable and happy all weekend long. It’s a shame it’s such a drive for us, otherwise I would love to have him attend daycare during the week. Our family is so grateful to the staff and community at Dogtopia on Harrison Ave. Our dog, Hermes, was so nervous around people before and as an only dog in our family, we worried he wasn't getting the socialization or engagement he needed to live a full life. From the first day at Dogtopia on a tour with Hanna, everyone made us feel at ease and spent so much time answering our questions and taking the worries any dog parent would have before leaving them with new people seriously and with such kindness. I would describe myself as a helicopter dog mom and I never once have felt rushed, put off, or dismissed when asking questions. Fast forward to today and Hermes is thriving both in and outside of Dogtopia. At home, he's more calm around people and other dogs, and he now knows how to interact more politely. He even knows the word daycare and gets the zoomies every time he hears it or his best dog buddies name there (hi Harry!). The camera system is so nice to have when I want to check in on how Hermes is doing but I am so comfortable now, I sometimes forget to look. It's wonderful to be able to trust a team that deeply with my best furry friend. I can't even count how many times the staff who watches over Hermes has shared funny stories and anecdotes about how much they love getting to hang out with him. In addition, boarding has become a breeze and something Hermes gets excited about instead of stressed about. Lastly, I love all of the mementos I've received, like the picture with Santa and Mother's Day card with his pawprint. The activities and theme days they plan make it feel like a human daycare and it's obvious how much this team cares about our pets. I truly can't thank you all enough for taking such great care of us and our Hermes!
