Best coaches and staff ever! They know my dog and me as soon as we walk into the door. They treat my pup like they would their own, the facility is super nice and clean, and my dog has a ball, it’s tough to get him to leave! Also, the grooming service in house is amazing and their new groomer is so talented. We will be lifetime customers!

Love that my dog gets to play with others unleashed. I also like that they have down time to rest and recover. I only wish they were able to play outside also.
The staff are really friendly to me, and clearly care about the dogs. My first time there, my dog was hesitant to go inside and a staff member came out with treats and was super friendly and encouraging.
I also really like the little events and treat days you all have. I do feel a bit like they're kinda expensive (i think its like $5 for a piece of bacon or something? lol) but I don't mind spoiling my dog, and giving a bit more moneyt o dogtopia (and I think the associated charity?)
The staff is extremely communicative and always responds quickly to messages/requests, as well as communicates any issues with my dog. I love the webcam feature, so that I can check in throughout the day. I also enjoy the activities the staff does; it keeps the owners feeling involved and gives us fun pictures to share. Anytime I've had scheduling issues or a health issue that had to keep our dog out, Dogtopia was understanding and has kept up with any skipped weeks with no issues in payments.
All in all, they make the process simple and stress free. I can keep an eye on my dog and know she's getting a much better day than being at home alone. The staff really cares and customer service is great!
Friendly team, convenient drop off and pick up
I like that you provide daycare, boarding and spa services; so I only have to take my pup to one place for those services. I also love how much all the staff obviously love all the dogs and how excited my dog is to arrive on the mornings I take her.
The coaches are so sweet and patient. They understand the individual needs and personalities of each dog. That means a lot to me. My dog is a bit introverted but still enjoys her days at dogtopia and I know the coaches are careful to give her attention the same as they do the gregarious dogs.
The staff is great -- always a friendly greeting for me and my dog. Best of all, Max is excited to go there every time. He trots right in and never looks back.

I love that you get to know our dogs, what they like, and can give us feedback on their days. I LOVE that we can see them on camera and know they are being well taken care of. I also love how you do all these random celebrations that give us pictures of our dogs celebrating holidays/world events etc. Also your staff is so incredibly polite.

Dogtopia provides open communication about their dog care and I love that there is a webcam where I can check in on my pup at play during the day. I like that I was notified when Milo was having difficulties with other pups in the playroom. It gives me the feeling that he is being well cared for.
We love the dogtopia team! They are always so friendly and knowledgeable and always excited to see your pup just as much as my pup is to go! It’s his favorite part of his week! We love having the cameras to check on him and we know the staff is always watching and looking after our pup giving him the best day!
Very personable ownership and staff. We felt comfortable leaving our two dogs with them for the day. The facility is clean and it is obvious the staff enjoys working there. Will visit again for sure!
The people working there are THE BEST! Always so friendly, my dog loves them and she's always pulling for the door because she's excited to see them and play with the other dogs. The staff are also good about looking out for the dog's health and behavior changes. They let me know when she cracked a dew claw while playing, so I could call her vet and get it treated right away. My pup is always tired at the end of the day when I pick her up. As long as she likes going, I will continue to bring her to Dogtopia!
Kind employees, cleanliness, ease of process, great group of pups.
We had our dogs in boarding for almost 2 weeks and the staff kept me informed of how they are doing throughout the entire trip. Truly appreciate the care given to our dogs which is why this is the only place they will during our annual trip. Thank you.

At Dogtopia on Harrison Ave., the staff are always friendly and attentive. Staff do a great job at communicating with pet owners. Penny is always treated well when we schedule her for daycare, boarding, or spa services. The facility is always clean, and I love being able to see my pup on the webcam.
