I love it.
I would like to sit and chat about some of the stuff I witness at fitness factory
The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, there's a variety of equipment that I use and I've noticed that if something isn't working on one visit on my next visit it is working. Plus, I've noticed that there has been new equipment since I started coming a month ago. I think that speaks highly to management being in-tune with what the clientele wants and I like that. I look forward to going to the Fitness Factory.

The workers are all really nice and friendly and they’re always happy to help. The facility is constantly working on adding new machines and taking care of existing equipment. Everything done at Fitness Factory New Prov is done with care and with the members in mind. Overall an amazing facility

Very good range of the fitness equipment that I like to use. However the turf area is too small though and some of the machines although in good condition are low quality.
I have been at Fitness Factory over 35 years and I still enjoy going for the wonderful staff.
My favorite classes are spin, Zumba and sculpt and strengthening:)

Your service is very good. Your gym is so close in proximity to my office at JPM and that’s key to getting out after a good workout during the lunch hour. Your staff is very good and they’re friendly and attentive.

LOVE that you guys did some painting. The group training room looks great, the decals on the walls are so refreshing- helped elevate the place a bit.
Also cool to see you guys putting the QR codes on the machines to inform staff of any issues with them. Maybe a small poster upfront communicating what they are will help with engagement?
I think the biggest opportunity for a major improvement is the stretching area on that raised platform up the stairs in the corner. It’s typically empty. I think could be a good spot for either more turf, additional free weights or other machines…the stretching machines just seem underutilized.
Finally, a tiny nitpick is the turf in the back where the PT office used to be does seem over crowded with machines which seem to reduce the available turf to use for floor exercises. Especially with SGT using the other turf at the moment. Most people crowd by the open area by water fountains. Not sure what can be done about that but it’s something I’ve noticed.
Overall love the gym, love the classes offered, and the staff is always super friendly.
