Carmen is the best.
Normally I do reflexology chair massages. But I decided to try full massages my last two visits since my legs have been sore and they have more focused attention this way. They were both really great! Kelly was fantastic and so was the previous guy. I like firm pressure and they were both on point and also checked in about pressure which is always a good sign.
Kume is my go to spot when the days have just been too long or crumpled. Thank goodness for their walk ins and membership. It makes self care feel realistic and less of a big deal.

I have enjoyed Kume now for several years and I have referred quite a few people. I do not like the new online registration system you recently introduced. It was so simple and easy to request an appointment and now it is cumbersome and confusing. Plus I am in a book club with multiple people and we come together for an appointment prior to our meetings and I am not even sure I could request an appointment for 4-5 people using the online process you have now. So I will be calling for an appointment from now on.

I have been a member for a few years now. My ONLY complaint is that the tea used to be stronger (and better). Now it pretty much tastes like hot water. Back a the old location it had much more flavor.
