the spa was clean and friendly. The receptionist was charming and outgoing, she explained to me what was going to happen/when and wish whom. My therapist, Charlie was excellent in his technique and contentious of my needs/pain... Overall a great experience and I will be back!

I would have liked to fill a chart so he would have know my sore spots. My masseuse never asked me either. Overall, he was really good as he worked on my tight muscles. The last 10 minutes out of the 1 1/2 hour he worked on the rest of my body. A bit unbalanced but nevertheless he was good.

Love their business hours and large availability of staff on hand. I've never had a problem making an appointment here, and the staff are all very friendly. The massages were pretty good. I would say an 8/10 for me, which is still pretty good.

My wife and I have been customers of Kume Spa for several years, and are very pleased with the quality of the massage therapists, the cleanliness of the facility, and the professionalism of the support staff. We're very satisfied customers and glad they've re-opened!
