Not my favorite clinician but overall I always like Kume. Purchased to GC’s for friends for Xmas. I don’t live in CA anymore but try to get there whenever I am in the area.

My only feedback is the room (in the building next door) was a little cold (I didn’t bother asking to make it hotter so not sure if that was possible). And the signs about what a masseuse should/shouldn’t do got in my head and I ended up thinking about it for most of my massage. I understand there’s a reason you have those up but wanted to let you know it impacted the experience. Somehow I’d never seen them before or maybe they’re newer. I would think those are the known expectations of massage therapists right? Sorry you feel the need to express that. That said I will still definitely be back!

The 1 hour reflexology is great. Easy to get an appointment and it is so relaxing. My husband loves it so much, he joined and we go every other week. It's great!!!
Very relaxing. Environment is comfortable. Authentic- very similar to reflexology I’ve had in Singapore and Hong Kong. Prices are reasonable.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Kume. Every massage has been near perfection. I recently had the hot stone massage and I highly recommend it. The women at the front desk are always so friendly and helpful and every masseuse has been amazing. Their prices and service cannot be beat.

such as sauna, facial treatment, and body scrub (besides massage).

The reception staff are knowledgeable and courteous. I love that they keep a record of the masseuse used at each visit. The massage staff are courteous, professional, skilled and attentive to my requests and perceptive to my bodies needs as well. The ambiance with

a truly holistic and rejuvenating experience.

My sister and I started coming here as part of our once a month sister time. We combine it with lunch and feel great as a result! The setting, affordability, and masseuses are dependably good!

It’s well managed, reasonably priced, and professional. The people who do the massages are very good, I particularly like Paul who seems to figure out just what my body needs though we never exchange a word.

Staff is very friendly from front desk to masseuse. I sometimes don't get my full time. I booked an hour and with waiting for massage rooms to open up and being moved from foot to body, I know I didn't get 30 min foot and 30 min body since my entire time at the spa was 1 hour. I would prefer to pay more and get the full time since it's what I feel I need for my body.
