What a wonderful experience it was to have a foot massage. I have never booked a foot massage before, only full body and I must say it was amazing. I was so relaxed and actually fell asleep. I would definitely come back again.

Paul was great!!!! Great deep pressure and super back massage. Better than most I’ve gotten at fancy spas. Very comfortable and low key environment. My only suggestion would be to have empty tea bags or tea strainers to actually use the loose leaf tea. I poured a cup but then couldn’t drink it because it was just a mouth full of plants. If tea is a big component to the spa I think the offerings should make more sense. Otherwise great experience and good price point.

I loved sharing a relaxing and comfortable massage with my sisters at Kume Spa. I loved that we were in one room, with the ease of sitting in a chair, no need to undress, and yet still received nearly a full body massage over 60 minutes with relaxing music and environment. I will definitely be back!

Very warm when you walk in and a pleasant space, with lots of light and good energy. Having not been there before I was surprised to be taken into a room with other guests for the first part of my session. That would have been helpful to know before, as well, I had on jeans, and had to then put on loose shorts offered to me, in order to enjoy my treatment (which I would have preferred not to do, but glad they were offered). That also might be helpful to know in advance or to have posted on your website. My first time calling you, a week prior, twice there were interruptions on the phone and a receptionist did not greet me with the name of the business or in anyway that felt welcoming. I waited a week, and then was greeted warmly next time I called and everyone on site was lovely and kind. I'm glad I didn't give up the first time. Lastly, I purchased a book that I had been looking for on creativity ("Creating a Life"); I couldn't believe it was there, and I know the author, and she was amused and pleasantly surprised to hear I bought it there too. I'll be back and a few of my staff will be as well.

I loved the sauna and scrub. My lady, Tam, was super nice. My only complaint would be, while I was showering she was cleaning and watching me. A bit uncomfortable for my taste. I would love to return, but I’m on the fence.

The service is Great, everyone is very pleasant.
My therapist is consistent in his work. I had him for a number of years now. Also, he knows how I like the temperature of the water bucket for my feet. When the weather has been cold, the water is a little hotter. I just do not like lukewarm water for my feet even on a hot day.
