I really appreciate that getting a massage at Kume is both easy to book and highly satisfying. The space is comfortable, clean and relaxing. The staff are welcoming and friendly. And the massages I've had have always been really good at getting to my knots and tightness. The staff always adjust pressure when requested. I always recommend Kume Spa to friends.

. I normally go to the 19th st. location. Thought i'd try Grand Lake for a change. i had Lily . she was excellent. I have been dealing /w a lot of stress from a personal grief experience and he massage was very healing. I will alternate between Grand Lake & 19th St. from time to time. Kume is a great spa. All masseuses i've had work on me are excellent. Highly skilled and sensitive to the needs of the customer.

Bought this as an anniversary present for my fiancé and I and we absolutely loved it. We were a little late because we couldn’t find parking but they were able to accommodate to us and still took care of us to the full extent. We will definitely be coming back.
Got in on time (actually a few mins early) and Charlie is always great. Wonderful!
Everyone was very nice, and it's a beautiful space. The person I interacted with while paying was super sweet and helpful. The massage was great and the masseuse was attentive to my need for more pressure.
the body scrub was very delightful. The lady remember me from the past times. However the front check in desk. She some what friendly. I well understood when I called for an appointment she kept - walk in's can not make an appointment. I said to her that I called and was told this same message. Said I would arrive well before the time that would be available. I arrived about 30 minutes early.
Said we do not take walk in's. I said that I had called and was told there are no walk in's but you did say there was a 4:30 pm open. said the cost is $97.00 card. I said I have the cash. $92.00
I did say to her that I had received two e-mail offering me a discount. She would not acknowledge this. Handed her $100.00 bill and she gave me the change. Within 15 minutes the lady came forward and said I am ready. please follow me. I did and she made me feel so welcome. Made sure I understood and all. Got the scrub table ready Help me making sure there was not problem with me getting on the table. As she started she said It has been a while since you have been here. She recognized the tattoo on my left leg. The times before she was the staff that always did the body scrub. I was such a pleasure with her. Very gentle but good scrub. Should you hire additional staff please have her teach "HOW TOO" thank you for reading this

I came in during a stressful week, and they informed me my appt was actually for the following day. I was so annoyed but they offered a 30 minute massage instead since i was already there. I was very happy they could accommodate that on such short notice.
