In all the years I've been going to Kume (dating all the way back to 2008!), they have always been friendly, on time and professional. I love to grab a cup of their freshly steeped tea of the day to sip on while I do my best not to fall asleep in their super comfy, oversized recliners.
They've done an outstanding job in creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere and I always walk out feeling like a million bucks. Speaking of their rates, I find them to be very reasonable. Definitely inquire about the annual membership. You'll get generous discounts on all their services and it pays for itself after just a few visits.
Some of my favorite treatments are Foot Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Ashiatsu and Aromatherapy. For my birthday this year, my husband spoiled me and booked me for a Korean Style Full-Body Sea Salt Scrub and Sauna session alongside my massage. It was heavenly! My skin has never felt so soft, smooth and alive!
Carmen is my go to gal, but I've been happy with everyone I've seen there over the years. Love having them right here in the neighborhood. A true gem!

My massage was really good, I asked for a deep tissue and I requested a woman. She did a good job.
My scrub was ok, first time doing it so was kinda odd. I probably won't do a scrub again just because I didn't see a great benefit from it . I will most likely try some of your different services in the future.
I was able to get same day appointment for 60 minute massage. The place hasn't changed much since the last time I was there. It's still welcoming, friendly staff, and service doesn't disappoint.
