Upon entering the establishment, I was welcomed warmly by the two receptionists at the front desk. As I have been a loyal patron for two years, during my last visit I decided to try the services of a new masseur; as I later found out, he was indeed new to the company. The massage techniques are very solid and the emphasis on feet is helpful and healthy. It's also a big plus that you can have strong procedure on both neck and shoulders as well as feet and ankles. The setup with six other people in the room is not ideal for me.
Friendly front desk staff. You were able to accommodate a last minute walk in and the massage therapist was amazing. My body felt so relaxed the next day!

The staff are very polite and the place is very clean. Please consider adding a water pillow that isn't as hard as a brick on the body scrub table

Wonderful experience as always. However, once upon a time (I think this was solely for full body massages) there was a chart where you could circle where you had injuries. I didn't realize (on my left foot) that the second toe was injured from a marathon I'd just run. I completely forgot to report the condition on my right foot (second toe). I also forget to state my citrus allergy. Regardless, I'm so grateful you made time for us to come in last minute.
