Tammy was excellent. I enjoyed the scrub and milk. She took her time and covered most areas twice. The only thing I would suggest is to make the service fee known up front by clearly stating it upon arrival and writing in bold print on the Groupon. Otherwise it feels like a hidden fee, which I’m not fond of. I prefer to know the total cost up front, no matter the amount. I value transparency.

I really loved my Korean Scrub and Massage. Carmen is amazing. My only feedback is maybe some aromatherapy in the massage rooms as they smelled slightly musty. It didn't take away from my experience but the smell was noticeable. I was in the outside massage rooms not the ones in the main shop. Thank you!!

Lovely service. Very easy to book, great communication and assistance from the people at the reception, Judy/Judith specifically - was extremely helpful when trying to find the right service. Lilly was also a great therapist and hit all of the spots I circled on the body chart. Would recommend to a friend.
